We all know what it’s like. You ask your child how their day at school was and are often met with answers of ‘fine’ or ‘can’t remember’. Short of being a fly on the wall (wouldn’t *that* be great?), how best can we ask questions to elicit some answers about what they actually did at school and got on during the day? We’ve put together some ideas of questions you can ask. 9. Did you need to ask your teacher for help with anything?
10. Can you show me something you did today?
11. Did your teacher say well done to you today or did you earn any rewards? How did that make you feel?
