Getting in the Comfy Zone: Review – Pyjamas from The Pyjama Factory (www.pyjamas.com)

We were lucky enough to try out some pyjamas from The Pyjama Factory (www.pyjamas.com) recently which made us very excited! There’s two things that are guaranteed to make you smile at the end of another busy day. Finally managing to get your child into their pyjamas and also that moment where you get to change into your own pyjamas too. It means it’s almost time to rest for the whole family and you can get all warm and snuggly too.

What’s available at The Pyjama Factory?

The Pyjama Factory offer something for everyone and the website caters for both Women, Men and Children. There are short pyjamas and long ones too (for people that feel the cold like me!) and also loungewear and dressing gowns. There are lots of different types of patterns / themes to suit all tastes. Whatever your child is into, you can probably find the right pyjamas here. Some examples of what you or your child could be choosing include Hogwarts – Harry Potter, WWE, Peppa Pig, PJ Masks, Octonauts, Liverpool FC, Paw Patrol, Stampy Cat (I am so out of touch!) and even Mr Tumble.

Pyjamas fit for a Princess!

At the moment, Little C is fascinated with Princesses and Superheroes. One of her first idols in her young life is Princess Sofia from Disney Junior. So, when we set to choosing which pyjamas to get, she was very excited to spot the Princess Sofia pyjamas! It was harder for me to choose a pair for myself. I don’t think this was the website, as there was a lot of choice for me. I just think that it’s far easier to shop for your child than it is for yourself these days! The ‘World’s Best Mum’ pyjamas look good – but I get very cold at night and needed long sleeves so opted for something different instead. I chose the ‘Dear Santa… I Tried’ ladies long-sleeved pyjamas.

What did we think?

I ordered Little C the Princess Sofia pyjamas in age 4-5.  I usually order a size above in pyjamas for her as I find clothes in our usual haunts come up a little smaller, but I’d say that the sizing at The Pyjama Factory is pretty spot on. The trousers did come up a little long, but she is on the short side so we just folded the bottom of them up with no problem. The pyjamas came in a beautiful violet colour, with a colourful picture of Princess Sofia in bold lettering. Little C has been smitten with these pyjamas ever since we got them. She is excited to get into them at bedtime (which is always a result) and is very comfortable and warm in them too. I chose the ‘Dear Santa… I tried’ pyjamas in a size 16-18. Again, the adult sizing is true to size and the pyjamas were warm and comfortable. The top was a maroon colour and made out of cotton (so very breathable). The bottoms were a blue colour with a robin pattern and made out of a fleecy material, so my legs kept very warm! They have a drawstring on the trousers so fit like a dream. They are ideal to wear at night-time. I like to wear them as loungewear for a cheeky weekend lie-in (what’s that I hear you cry!). I love to get changed into them during the evening once the little one has gone into bed.

What pyjamas would you choose?

We are very impressed with our pyjamas from The Pyjama Factory. They have a good selection of character pyjamas and delivery is quick. The package was small enough to be posted through the letterbox too. Little C has her eye on the Shopkins ‘Sleepover with my Besties’ pyjamas next! What will you choose? You can place your order on The Pyjama Factory’s website www.pyjamas.com.
